Roasted Vegetables with Roasted Garlic & Balsamic Dressing



    • Mix all the vegetables in a bowl with salt, pepper and a good drizzle of oil.
    • Place onto a baking tray and roast at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until soft and the edges are golden brown.
    • Remove from the oven and place into a serving bowl.
    • Generously drizzle with Roast Garlic & Balsamic Dressing.
