Prices & Availability

Placing an Order

Delivery

We primarily use Royal Mail and Parcelforce, although alternative delivery partners may be used where necessary.

Please ensure that all delivery details supplied at checkout are accurate and complete.

Customers are responsible for notifying us promptly of any errors in their delivery information.

We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be amended once an order has been dispatched.

Additional charges may apply where an incorrect address or failure to collect an order results in further delivery costs, where permitted by law.

Order Cancellations & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support@fennelandginger.co.uk as soon as possible.

Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we'll endeavour to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies, including your statutory cancellation rights where applicable.

Certain products are excluded from standard change-of-mind cancellation rights, including products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details of cancellation periods, return conditions, refund procedures and any applicable return postage costs.

Clearance Sale & Special Offers

From time to time, we offer products at reduced prices as part of our Clearance Sale or other promotional activities.

Clearance products may include discontinued, end-of-line or short-dated stock, and some may have minor imperfections to their outer packaging that do not affect the contents.

All Clearance Sale products are dispatched with a minimum of 14 days remaining until their best before date.

Customers should review the advertised clearance conditions before purchasing.

Promotional offers are subject to any specific conditions displayed alongside the promotion and may be withdrawn or amended for future purchases without prior notice.

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
