Salmon with Dill Hollandaise



    • Fry or grill the salmon until cooked through.
    • Gently warm the Atkins & Potts Hollandaise Sauce in a small pan and stir through the chopped dill.
    • Serve the salmon with the salad and pour the warmed Hollandaise Sauce over the top and a lemon wedge on the side.
