Hand selected and traditionally cured pitted green Conservolia olives from the Single Estate Grove in Rovies in a zesty & aromatic marinade with lemon slices, pickled garlic & coriander seeds in extra virgin olive oil.
Olives allow the marinade to infuse their flesh giving them a subtle citrus flavour.
These olives come from the Rovies grove on the island of Evia in Greece, one of a handful of groves that continues to harvest their olives by hand.
