Salthouse Marlborough Sea Salt (60g)

The journey starts on an isolated windswept beach at Clifford bay, gathering water from the southern oceans around New Zealand.

The selected brine is ushered to evaporators, where, as the water warms, delicately hollow-shaped pyramids are formed.

These are harvested and gently dried to leave just the refined essence of the Pacific Ocean

Soft and light with a sweet essence, great with crisps salads and rack of lamb.
