Fig & Feta Cheese Tart



  • Pre-heat the oven at 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

  • Place the puff pastry sheet on the parchment paper.
  • Cover the pastry sheet with the sweet olive, fig and almond relish leaving a border around the edge. Then, place the sliced figs on top.
  • Crumble the feta cheese on top of the tart.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bottom of the tart has crisped up and has turned into a nice golden colour.
