Garofalo Radiatori (500g)

Radiatori is a relatively new shape in the world of pasta and are said to resemble radiators with the Italian word radiatori, literally translating to radiators in English. 

Garofalo have based their Radiatori on the radiator grill of the Bugatti motor car. The shape maximizes the surface area of the pasta absorbing and trapping sauce.

Use as you would fusilli - as the shape makes it ideal for thick sauces.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
