Garofalo Orecchiette (500g)

This pasta shape is typical in Apulia in south-eastern Italy.

Its name comes from the shape, which looks like a small ear - in Italian orecchio means ear, and the suffix 'etto' means 'small'.

The roughness of the external surface obtained through bronze drawing enhances the flavour of sauces.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
