Garofalo Macaroni (500g)
Garofalo Elbow Macaroni has been specially developed for the UK market as it is not a shape found in Italy. It is thought that it derives from the Italian term maccheroni which in Italy the noun maccheroni refers to straight tubular square-ended pasta.
Macaroni goes well with rich sauces, especially meat, and are absolutely perfect to make classic creamy Macaroni Cheese, thanks to its rough and porous surface, the result of the careful processing of bronze-drawn Pasta di Gragnano PGI, which comes from the passion and experience of Garofalo's master pasta makers.
