So again we have included all the seasonings and spices that that go into our restaurant recipe in one pouch ready for you to just add meat, prawns or vegetables and one 400ml tin of coconut milk. Curry Paste (Green Chilli, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, SHRIMP Paste (CRUSTACEAN) (SHRIMP, Salt), Dried Red Chilli, Shallot, Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices), Water, Sugar, FISH SAUCE (ANCHOVY extract, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Lime Zest (1%), Roasted Coriander, Kaffir Lime Leaf Powder (0.5%), Thai Basil (0.4%), Star Anise.
