Produced in the Lombardy region of Italy and matured for 12 months, this sweet and fruity vinegar is made only from concentrated pomegranate juice. Its fragrant aroma has a deliciously balanced sweet and sour tartness.
A vinegar with a rich burgundy colour with a distinctive pomegranate fruit flavour which is sweet and tart at the same time. It would be a good base for a salad dressing that would go well with bitter leaves.
Tart notes and subtle pomegranate sweetness make it an innovative pantry addition, particularly for summer cooking in dressings and glazes.
