A medium well-balanced extra virgin olive oil, intensely herbaceous with an appealing mix of fresh and fruity aromas mixed with flavours of apple skin, some mixed greenery and a touch of citrus.
The strong flavour of herbs & bitter green leaves, including rocket and watercress give way to peppery notes & a medium bitterness that fade gradually to leave a good leafy after taste accompanied by notes of green bananas, nuts and young stalks.
This oil has a complex character but not aggressive making it ideal to add flavour to ingredients for all culinary purposes.
