Salsa Brava is a delicious Spanish style chilli sauce to pour over sautéed potatoes to make the perfect tapas “patatas bravas”.
This hot sauce is cooked at high temperatures to release the natural sweetness of the tomatoes and onions. Then cooked with cayenne chillies, smoked paprika and balanced with white wine and vinegar.
Can also be used to make chicken in spicy sauce (Spanish Chicken), spare ribs, chilli con carne, nachos or as a base for pizza.
