This Halloumi Cheese Making Kit is a simple and fun introduction to cheese making and contains everything you need to make fresh, delicious cheese.

It contains everything needed to make these two fresh cheeses in your own kitchen with no fancy equipment. All you need to add is milk, and a little yoghurt for Greek Style Cheese. The Halloumi requires 4 litres of readily available ‘unhomogenised’ milk. All major supermarkets sell this, it’s simply Gold Top!

Once you’ve made a batch of Greek Style Cheese, try it in the Spanakopita recipe that’s included in the kit’s amazing recipe booklet!

The kit contains enough ingredients to make 12 batches, and each batch is between 300-600g…that’s a lot of cheese! There’s no need to make it all at once though… that would be a crazy amount of cheese! Keep this kit stored in your cupboard and dip in and out of cheese making.
