Capers are flower buds from a plant indigenous to the Mediterranean. The small Surfine Caper has a stronger flavour than the larger Capote, Capucine, Fine and Grusas varieties.

Ideal as an ingredient in tartare sauce, pasta sauce, salads or as a pizza topping.
