Ross & Ross Roast Beef Rub (50g)

A dry rub for roast beef or game.

Rub into meat at least one hour before cooking but better left overnight. Then season with salt just before cooking. There is enough rub to do a big joint of meat.

Paprika, Ancho, Chipotle, Guajillo, Coriander, Mushroom Powder, CELERY Salt, Garlic, Onion, Pepper, Allspice, Sugar, Bay, Oregano.
