Produced with hand-picked young Megaritiki olives that are sourced by Yannis Sellas from groves in the Nemea region of Peloponnese in mainland Greece.

The oil is made with olives that are harvested at the beginning of the season while they are still young and very green to produce a complex medium to robust oil with notes of fresh green herbs and citrus fruits.

A burst of mixed salad leaves and sorrel in the mouth with aromas of green bananas and apples and a distinctive but gentle bitterness.

Well balanced oil, ideal for finishing dishes and dressing salads or roasted vegetables.

Suitable for vegetarians & vegans. Gluten Free
