Potts Piri Piri Marinating Bag with Roasted Garlic and Lemon (150g)
Inspired by the traditional Portugese African sauce we’ve blended plenty of chilli with lemon juice and zest along with tasty roasted garlic. This marinade is traditionally used for chicken, barbecued and served with rice, beans and an ice cold beer but is also perfect for pork or fish shredded and wrapped with a crisp salad in a seeded flat bread.
