Using the pulp of the fig, mixed with a white balsamic cream and a co-operative made extra virgin olive oil, this dressing is excellent with a mixed leaf salad. Try adding some soft cheese and cured ham before finishing with this Olive Branch Fig Balsamic Dressing.
