Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 225g dairy free spread
  • 250g Freda’s Peanut Butter
  • 480g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


    • Line a 8 x 8 inch tin with parchment paper.
    • Melt the spread and the peanut butter in a large bowl in the microwave for 1.5 mins. Stir well and repeat.
    • Add the vanilla extract and sieved icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
    • Transfer mixture into the baking tin and smooth over with the back of a spoon.
    • When cool place the tray into the fridge to set, then remove the whole block from the tray and cut into squares. Enjoy!
